Forum Questions
Visit the forum registration page to create an account. Head to the login page, use the Login button at the top of the screen, or visit Forums, and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. If you tick "Remember Me" you'll stay logged in on future visits.
Once you have registered, you need to log in to see the forum. Here are two ways to do this:
1. Visit the Forum Page and click the Login button on the page.
2. Go to the main menu and select Forums and click the Login button on the page.
Once you are on the Forum Page, click on the forum name (e.g. Reading Revelation Today) to enter the discussion.
You can update some of your profile details by visiting your My Profile page, accessible from the top of any page once you are logged in.
From there you can:
- ► Display name -- your anonymous alias is assigned automatically, but you can update it here if you wish.
- ► Avatar -- upload a profile image under the Avatar tab. Note that a recognisable photo may compromise your anonymity.
- ► Password -- update your password at any time under the Password tab.
- ► Email address -- keep your contact details up to date under the General tab.
Please note that changes to your display name will be reflected in the forum, so we recommend keeping your assigned alias to maintain anonymity.
Once logged in, visit Forums and open the forum you have been granted access to. Open a topic and scroll to the bottom of the page. Type your response in the reply box and click Submit. Your reply will appear under your anonymous alias.
On the login page, click "Lost your password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly - if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
Yes. When you registered, your account was created using only your email address and a password of your choosing. In the forum, you appear exclusively under a randomly generated anonymous alias - your real name and email address are never visible to other participants. Even if you have an existing Regional Learning Hub account, your forum identity is completely separate. The organisers handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Conversation Ettiquite
Our forums are a safe space for open and honest discussion. Please be mindful of how your words may be received by others. Disagreement is welcome - personal attacks are not.
Once something is posted it can be seen by all participants. If you're unsure whether something is appropriate to share, it's worth taking a moment to reconsider.
Your alias keeps your identity private, so please don't share information that could identify yourself or others in the forum. What's shared here, stays here.
To keep discussions focused and valuable for everyone, please keep your contributions relevant to the study series and the topic being discussed. Please don't post links, advertisements, or unrelated content. This forum is for genuine discussion only.
Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to submit a report. You can report anonymously if you prefer, and you're welcome to attach a screenshot as evidence.
Access Codes
An access code is a unique invite code provided to registered participants of a course, event, or study series. It unlocks private resources, discussion forums, and any course-specific content linked to your registration.
Your access code is included in your event registration confirmation email. If you registered for a forum discussion group, it is also included in your forum welcome email.
Access codes can be used in two ways:
- ► On the Resources page -- enter your code when prompted to unlock downloadable materials, handouts, and study resources linked to your course or event.
- ► On the Forum page -- enter your code to gain access to the private discussion forum for your study series.
Log in and visit your My Access page, accessible from the top of any page once you are logged in. Enter your code in the field provided and click Submit. Access will be granted immediately and the page will refresh to show your linked course or series.
Check your original registration confirmation email or forum welcome email - your access code is included in both. If you cannot locate either email, please get in touch and we will resend it or manually grant you access.

Access codes are case-insensitive, so you can enter them in upper or lower case.
