Sharing the God Story – Building Confidence To Connect With Outsiders

If you have a heart for authentic connections with outsiders and to engage in meaningful ‘God Conversations’, consider joining us for this short course hosted by the St Petri Regional Learning Hub. Over five weekly sessions in July and August, we will discuss some simple (but profound) practices that can deepen our heart connection with those who need to know the Lord.

Session 1 – 15 July: ‘Open for Business’ // Breaking the sound barrier. Ways to initiate a connection with strangers?
Session 2 – 22 July: The Art of Listening (and Remembering) // Am I the sort of person people like to talk to? And why is this important?
Session 3 – 29 July: Exchanging Names // An offer of friendship. When I remember a person’s name it changes us both.
Session 4 – 5 August: Connecting with ‘Felt Needs’ // Where is the ‘ripe’ harvest? And what is my response?
Session 5 – 12 August: Getting Real! // God’s love awakens boldness.
