General Questions
Video production and editing takes time, and the Regional Learning Hub is committed to providing the best quality content possible. New videos are added as they become available, so we encourage you to check back regularly.
You can find all upcoming live courses, Bible studies, and events under the Events menu at the top of every page. Each event has its own registration form where you can reserve your tickets. If you need help registering, you are also welcome to register in person at the St Petri Church Office, 21 First Street, Nuriootpa, or call us on 08 8562 1011.
Online payments are coming soon. At the moment we accept cash or EFTPOS payment either in advance at the St Petri Church Office or at the event on the day.
Don't worry though - by registering your tickets through the website, your spot is secured regardless of when or how you pay. Your registration confirms your place, and you can settle the payment either beforehand at the church office or on arrival at the event. If you are paying on the day, please arrive a little early to allow time for payment processing.
If you have any questions about payment, please don't hesitate to get in touch via the Contact page or call us on 08 8562 1011.

Conversation + Forum Ettiquite
Our forums are a safe space for open and honest discussion. Please be mindful of how your words may be received by others. Disagreement is welcome - personal attacks are not.
Once something is posted it can be seen by all participants. If you're unsure whether something is appropriate to share, it's worth taking a moment to reconsider.
Your alias keeps your identity private, so please don't share information that could identify yourself or others in the forum. What's shared here, stays here.
To keep discussions focused and valuable for everyone, please keep your contributions relevant to the study series and the topic being discussed. Please don't post links, advertisements, or unrelated content. This forum is for genuine discussion only.
Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to submit a report. You can report anonymously if you prefer, and you're welcome to attach a screenshot as evidence.
Access Codes
An access code is a unique invite code provided to registered participants of a course, event, or study series. It unlocks private resources, discussion forums, and any course-specific content linked to your registration.
Your access code is included in your event registration confirmation email. If you registered for a forum discussion group, it is also included in your forum welcome email.
Access codes can be used in two ways:
- ► On the Resources page -- enter your code when prompted to unlock downloadable materials, handouts, and study resources linked to your course or event.
- ► On the Forum page -- enter your code to gain access to the private discussion forum for your study series.
Log in and visit your My Access page, accessible from the top of any page once you are logged in. Enter your code in the field provided and click Submit. Access will be granted immediately and the page will refresh to show your linked course or series.
Check your original registration confirmation email or forum welcome email - your access code is included in both. If you cannot locate either email, please get in touch and we will resend it or manually grant you access.
- ► Email: support@hubstpetri.org.au
- ► Contact form: Website Support
- ► Phone: (08) 8562 1011
Access codes are case-insensitive, so you can enter them in upper or lower case.
Resource Page
Some resources are reserved for participants who have registered for or attended a specific course or event. Access codes help us keep this fair for those who have paid or registered to attend. Until online payments are fully activated, access codes are used to grant access to those who have already paid or registered in person.
There are two easy ways to add your access code:
- ► Via your profile -- log in and visit your My Access page, accessible from the top of any page once you are logged in. Enter your code in the field provided and click Submit. Access will be granted immediately and the page will refresh to show your linked course or series.
- ► Via the Resources page -- visit the Resources page and scroll to the relevant section. If a resource is locked, you will be prompted to enter your access code directly on the page. Enter your code and click Submit to unlock it immediately.
Once your code has been added via your profile, you will not need to enter it again - locked resources and forums will unlock automatically each time you log in.
Check your original registration confirmation email or forum welcome email - your access code is included in both. If you cannot locate either email, please get in touch and we will resend it or manually grant you access.
